You can remove your data from ReportStrat at any time, three ways:
- Disconnect a platform: in Settings → Connections, remove any connected account (for example Meta Ads). Its access token is deleted immediately and all cached metrics from that connection are erased within 30 days.
- Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete. All personal data, tokens and cached metrics are erased within 30 days.
- Email us: write to privacy@reportstrat.com from your account email and we will delete your data within 30 days and confirm in writing.
If you remove ReportStrat from your Facebook settings (Settings → Business integrations), Meta notifies us and the associated tokens and data are deleted automatically on the same schedule.
