ReportStrat is a marketing-reporting service operated by 9533-1476 Québec inc. (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
ReportStrat connects, read-only, to third-party marketing and commerce platforms you authorize, and produces dashboards, reports and AI-generated summaries and recommendations. Recommendations are decision support, not guarantees: you remain responsible for your marketing decisions and for having the right to connect each client account you connect.
Paid plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or annually, taxes handled at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Founding-cohort pricing remains as long as the subscription stays active.
No attempts to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, no reselling of raw platform data, no use that violates the terms of the connected platforms (Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, Stripe).
The service is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.
